Song of the Pines is a performing and competing Sweet Adeline chorus that has been an active part of the Prescott music scene for almost 50 years. We are an exuberant group of women who sing four-part barbershop harmony and serve it up acappella style (in other words, without musical accompaniment.) Our repertoire is as diverse as our members, and includes everything from classic standards to theatrical broadway show tunes.
Song of the Pines is a proud member of Sweet Adelines International, a worldwide non-profit organization of women singers committed to advancing the art form of barbershop harmony through education and performance. SOTP loves to perform and can be heard throughout the year, singing for civic and charitable organizations, private groups, churches, community events and fundraisers. We are famous for our Singing Valentines and Singing Telegrams for Mother's Day, Birthdays, Anniversaries or just for the heck of it!
